Vegan energy balls are something that I love making with my daughter. It tastes really yummy, it’s packed with protein, and it’s a great on the go snack. Best part is, you only need three ingredients!
I love adding different ingredients every time I make these vegan energy balls. Basically whatever I have in my pantry!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, cashew spread, or mixed nut butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (can substitute honey if you aren’t vegan)
- 1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of any mix ins you like (raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut etc.)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Roll into balls. There should be about 6 depending on the size
- Place in airtight container and put in the fridge.
