Are you looking for something new and yummy to try.   Love fruit, but just never know what to do with it to make it fun and exciting to eat.  Maybe trying to get your kids to eat a bit healthier and need to trick them into eating “good for them” foods by making things look fun.

Fruit is very healthy (in moderation) and this Acai Fruit Bowl makes eating fruit easy, fun, and yummy!   You could make this for breakfast, a snack, a dessert, or even an addition to your main meal.  Have fun with it, and enjoy it.  You can also swap out these fruits for ones you like more.  Get creative with it.

 

Ingredients
1 banana
blueberries
raspberries,
shredded coconut
kiwi
Any topping you wish ( granola, nuts, chocolate chips, etc. )
Directions
Blend the frozen acai and the banana in a blender until smooth. My favorite blender is my Ninja! Pour in a bowl and top it off with your favorite fruits and berries, coconut, granola….etc.
