All you need is a blender and cashews for this All Natural Cashew Butter recipe. It is such a nice spread for sandwiches, baking cookies, or even granola. I absolutely LOVE cashew butter!
It seems like it will take forever. But it needs to stay in food processor for 8-10 minutes. Just occasionally scrape down the sides.
Eventually it will start to look like this. The longer it mixes the more oils are released resulting in a smooth nut butter. If you want to add some flavor maple syrup and honey are great choices. Add some warm spices like nutmeg/clove/cinnamon. If you want it to be even creamier, add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Now the all natural cashew butter is blended and ready to eat. It’s that easy!

- 2 cups roasted cashews
Directions
- Place cashews in a blender/food processor.
- Blend for 10 minutes. Stop very few minutes to scrape side down.
- Salt to taste
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
It will look grainy…keep blending. It will come together
Store in airtight container in fridge for three months
