Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Serves: 4 servings
- -1.5 lbs of brussels sprouts
- -2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- -2 teaspoons of honey
- -2 tablespoons of grape-seed oil
- -¾ teaspoons of salt
- ½ teaspoons of ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Clean and sort sprouts. I cut mine in half. Take off any outer leaves that look damaged.
- In a mixing bowl add oil salt and pepper. Toss the sprouts
- Place on aluminum foil, on a baking sheet, face down (so they caramelize).
- Roast 20 minutes, or until caramelized/tender rotate halfway through.
- Once finished place sprouts back in bowl, add honey and balsamic.
- Serve!
