This balsamic honey caramelized brussel sprouts recipe is fast ,easy, and delicious. The best part is, it only needs 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
  • -1.5 lbs of brussels sprouts
  • -2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • -2 teaspoons of honey
  • -2 tablespoons of grape-seed oil
  • -¾ teaspoons of salt
  • ½ teaspoons of ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Clean and sort sprouts. I cut mine in half. Take off any outer leaves that look damaged.
  3. In a mixing bowl add oil salt and pepper. Toss the sprouts
  4. Place on aluminum foil, on a baking sheet, face down (so they caramelize).
  5. Roast 20 minutes, or until caramelized/tender rotate halfway through.
  6. Once finished place sprouts back in bowl, add honey and balsamic.
  7. Serve!
