Serves: 2 cups
- 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
- ¼ cup unsweetened non dairy milk
- 2-4 drops liquid smoke
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of chipotle (optional)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- Measure out ingredients.
- Blend together. I use the NutriBullet
- Add more milk if it is too thick. Personalize it with different sauces.
- Put in fridge in a sealed container for up to one week
