Cashew Honey Mustard Dip

Its sweet, a bit spicy, tangy...and veryyyy creamy. An awesome condiment for any sandwich, an awesome dip for any vegetable.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • ¼ cup unsweetened non dairy milk
  • 2-4 drops liquid smoke
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • Pinch of chipotle (optional)
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Measure out ingredients.
  2. Blend together. I use the NutriBullet
  3. Add more milk if it is too thick. Personalize it with different sauces.
  4. Put in fridge in a sealed container for up to one week
