This is the easiest chocolate recipe in the world. It is super dark, rich, and not too sweet. What I love most about this is you can add anything to it. My most recent creation I tried sunflower seeds...it was awesome!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Gently melt coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract into melted oil until well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into a candy mold or pliable tray. I used my silicone muffin tins.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
