The Vegan Burritodilla

Vegan take on Chipotles secret menu item...THE BURRITODILLA
Ingredients
  • 2 whole wheat burrito tortillas
  • ⅓ cup vegan cheese of choice
  • ½ cup brown rice cooked
  • ¼ cup of black beans (or whichever you prefer)
  • Any other veggies you would like to throw in
  • Any type of vegan meat. I used beyond meat crumbles
Instructions
  1. Take the first tortilla and layer it with your vegan cheese
  2. Top it with your second tortilla
  3. Place your burrito fillings in the center of the tortilla
  4. And gently… GENTLY Roll your burrito. I have busted a seam or two in my time
  5. Poke a few holes in the burrito
  6. Then seam side down place on preheated pan to seal the burrito and to melt the cheese
  7. Carefully watch until it is your preferred crispiness.
  8. Then devour
