Best Hummus Ever

Hummus is a great thing to use in place of so many dairy products. I use it as a base for creamy pasta sauces, it makes a great sandwich spread, and of course it is very tasty on its own.
Ingredients
  • 16 oz. can garbanzo beans
  • ¼ cup of tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of water ( more or less based on desired texture)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Place everything except the sesame seeds in the food processor.
  2. Pulse on low until a little bit chunky
  3. Add water tablespoon by tablespoon until desired consistency
  4. Take out of food processor
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and paprika.
  6. Store in airtight container in fridge for 5 days
