Serves: 2 cups
- 2 cups of cashews
- salt (optional)
- honey/maple syrup (optional)
- Place 2 cups of Cashews in a blender/food processor
- Blend for 8-10 minutes.
- Scrape down sides every few minutes.
- Can add honey/maple syrup/or salt if desired
- Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 months
