The superfat nut butter is something that I love to use. It is packed with plant based protein and helps support muscle, gut, metabolism and brain function. It is also keto/vegan/gluten free. So basically everyone can eat this stuff and feel good about it!
Ingredients
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
⅓ cup each of pumpkin seeds almonds, sunflower seeds
¼ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup nut butter. I used almond
2 packets of macadamia coconut superfat spread
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
½ cup of maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325
Melt maple syrup nut butters over stove. Stir frequently. Add vanilla extract
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add wet mixture to dry ingredients.
Pour onto baking sheet
Set timer to 22 minutes. Stir halfway
When done let cool on sheet for 30-45 minutes to dry out
