Superfat Protein Granola

The superfat nut butter is something that I love to use. It is packed with plant based protein and helps support muscle, gut, metabolism and brain function. It is also keto/vegan/gluten free. So basically everyone can eat this stuff and feel good about it!
Ingredients
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup each of pumpkin seeds almonds, sunflower seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup nut butter. I used almond
  • 2 packets of macadamia coconut superfat spread
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Melt maple syrup nut butters over stove. Stir frequently. Add vanilla extract
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients.
  5. Pour onto baking sheet
  6. Set timer to 22 minutes. Stir halfway
  7. When done let cool on sheet for 30-45 minutes to dry out
