Toasted Mixed Nut Butter

Serves: 1 cup
- 1½ cup mixed roasted nuts. I use pecans cashews and almonds.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Place in blender. Blend nuts first until smooth. Then add chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cinnamon. Blend for an additional minute.
- Tip#1. If you toast the nuts it really brings out the flavor, and it makes them blend more easily.
- Tip#2- If you add roasted hazelnuts, it tastes like a Ferrero Rocher. One of the best chocolate candies ever!
