Applesauce bars made with all natural ingredients
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil softened
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper
  3. mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and spices
  4. mix your eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil
  5. incorporate wet and dry ingredients
  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes
