- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup coconut oil softened
- ⅔ cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper
- mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and spices
- mix your eggs, applesauce, and coconut oil
- incorporate wet and dry ingredients
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes
