Healthy Blueberry Crisp

A healthy Berry fruit crisp. Made with rolled oats and whole wheat flour
Ingredients
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup white whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine the dry ingredients for the topping. Then the oil, and maple syrup
  3. Add blueberries in a baking dish. Then cover with the crisp topping
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Until berries start bubbling
  5. Serve it with a little honey or maple syrup drizzle
