Vegan energy balls

- ⅓ cup peanut butter, cashew spread, or mixed nut butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (can substitute honey if you aren't vegan)
- ½ tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of any mix ins you like (raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut etc.)
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Roll into balls. There should be about 6 depending on the size
- Place in airtight container and put in fridge.
