Vegan energy balls

Vegan no bake energy balls. Delicious on the go snack that is packed with protein, and incredibly simple to make.
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter, cashew spread, or mixed nut butter
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (can substitute honey if you aren't vegan)
  • ½ tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of any mix ins you like (raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, coconut etc.)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Roll into balls. There should be about 6 depending on the size
  3. Place in airtight container and put in fridge.
