Baked Apple Chips

Serves: 6 servings
- 3 large apples. I used gala. Any apple will do.
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees
- Place parchment paper on 2 baking sheets.
- Slice your apples about ⅛ inch thick and place on baking sheet. The thinner you get, the more crispy.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon
- Put one baking sheet on the bottom third of the oven. Place the other baking sheet on the top third of the oven.
- Set timer for 1 hour
- After 1 hour, switch positions of the baking sheets and set timer for another 90 minutes.
- Let sit in oven for one hour
- Let apples cool at room temperature for a few minutes to crisp up.
- Then place in airtight container.
- Can be kept at room temperature in container for up to one week
