Baked Apple Chips

All natural baked apple chips dusted with cinnamon. No added sugar
Ingredients
  • 3 large apples. I used gala. Any apple will do.
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Place parchment paper on 2 baking sheets.
  3. Slice your apples about ⅛ inch thick and place on baking sheet. The thinner you get, the more crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with the cinnamon
  5. Put one baking sheet on the bottom third of the oven. Place the other baking sheet on the top third of the oven.
  6. Set timer for 1 hour
  7. After 1 hour, switch positions of the baking sheets and set timer for another 90 minutes.
  8. Let sit in oven for one hour
  9. Let apples cool at room temperature for a few minutes to crisp up.
  10. Then place in airtight container.
  11. Can be kept at room temperature in container for up to one week
