Ingredients
3 cups of raw almonds
pinch of salt (optional)
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place almond on baking sheet and toast them for about 10 minutes
Place toasted almonds in a food processor with the S blade
You may have to blend them for up to 20-25 minutes. Depending on the strength of your blender/food processor. Scraping down the side every few minutes. It will look pretty grainy at first. It will come together...trust me!
Once it is blended, place almond butter in the fridge. It can stay in an airtight container for up to a month.
