Vegan Buffalo Wings

Crispy Baked Cauliflower Wings. Vegan . Made with hot sauce or barbecue sauce. Also have a air fried preparation
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot or any hot sauce you prefer. Or try it with BBQ sauce if you don't like spicy foods
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk the flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
  3. Add the water and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat.
  5. Shake off any excess batter then arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Flip halfway through cook time.
  7. As the cauliflower bakes whisk the hot sauce and avocado oil together.
  8. Brush the cauliflower with the sauce then return to the oven to bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite vegan ranch dressing.
  10. AIR FRIED CAULIFLOWER WINGS
  11. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees
  12. Prepare wings the same way.
  13. Just spray with cooking oil before placing in air fryer.
  14. Cook for about 15 minutes. Stirring the basket halfway through cooking
