Vegan Buffalo Wings

- ½ cup rice flour
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup water
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot or any hot sauce you prefer. Or try it with BBQ sauce if you don't like spicy foods
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk the flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Add the water and whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat.
- Shake off any excess batter then arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Flip halfway through cook time.
- As the cauliflower bakes whisk the hot sauce and avocado oil together.
- Brush the cauliflower with the sauce then return to the oven to bake for another 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite vegan ranch dressing.
- AIR FRIED CAULIFLOWER WINGS
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees
- Prepare wings the same way.
- Just spray with cooking oil before placing in air fryer.
- Cook for about 15 minutes. Stirring the basket halfway through cooking
