July 4th Chia Seed Pudding

- 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 1 Cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ¼ cup of fresh berries. (I use blueberries and raspberries)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- Place the chia seeds in a mason jar with 1 cup of almond milk
- Stir in the extract and maple syrup
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours at least (i do mine overnight)
- Then when ready to eat top with your fresh berries :)
Feel free to add nut butter/ coconut/ or granola
