I love eating healthy but sometimes it’s not as easy as I would like. That is why I love to do a little prep here and there so when I am in a hurry I can know that what I grab quick, isn’t going to start my day off on the wrong foot. Eating a breakfast that is healthy, and filling is key when you are a busy gal like me. I love filling my tummy with yummy goodness like this chia seed pudding.
This is great not only for breakfast, but any time of the day. Even as a dessert to finish off your day.
