My parents brought over a tray of apples over the holidays. So what better excuse to make applesauce! With all of that applesauce…why not make healthy applesauce bars!
I love to utilize applesauce in baking. It’s a fantastic way to keep cakes and muffins moist, while adding tons of flavor.
Once these healthy applesauce bars are cooled they can last up to a week in an airtight container for a week. They also do great frozen for up to 3 months.
