  • Dried oregano (2 teaspoons)
  • Dried basil (1 teaspoon)
  • Sea salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Capers (1 tablespoon)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (2 tablespoons )

Directions to prepare

Total time:- 50 minutes

  1. Drizzle olive oil on a baking dish and add onions. Free tier oven at 190 degrees Celsius and bake your onions for around 7 minutes in it. 
  2. Take out the baking dish and add wine, oregano diced San Marzano tomatoes, basil, half teaspoon of pepper, one teaspoon of salt and red chili flakes. Steel all these ingredients in the baking dish. 
  3. Put back your dish inside the oven and cook the ingredients for the next 10 minutes. 
  4. Take your salmon fillets in a utensil and season them with salt and pepper. Dip these fillets in the sauce you prepared in the baking dish and sprinkle the topping of capers.

  1. Take a container with a lid to blend some ingredients including thyme, dry mustard, garlic, canola oil, tarragon vinegar, and sugar. Cover the container with its lid and shake to blend all ingredients thoroughly.
