I cannot express enough, my love for cashews. We always have a huge tub of it in our pantry. They are not only tasty on their own, but they are an amazing base for countless sauces, dips and spreads. Not to mention cheeses as well. So this recipe is just one of many that I created with the almighty cashew. Aside from it being a wonderful vegan option, it is also keto friendly…so all are welcome to this recipe!!!

- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of chipotle (optional)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Directions
- Measure out your ingredients. Blend together. Thats it.
- Add more milk if it is too thick.
- Personalize it with different spices.
- Put in fridge for up to one week in sealed container.
It can also be used as a base for so many things. Add some hot sauce, chili peppers, fresh herbs. You name it. It’s sweet, a bit spicy, tangy…and veryyyy creamy. An awesome condiment for any sandwich, an awesome dip for any vegetable. My whole family loves it.
