This is the easiest chocolate recipe in the world. It is super dark, rich, and not too sweet. The best part is you can add anything to it and make your own fun creation. And it is only 4 ingredients!chocolate

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup coconut oil
  2. ½ cup cocoa powder
  3. 4 tablespoons honey (sub maple syrup if vegan)
  4. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directionschocolate

  • Gently melt coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Stir cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract into melted oil until well blended.
  • Pour mixture into a candy mold or pliable tray. I used my silicone muffin tins. 
  • Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

 

Tips

  • To make vegan simple replace honey for maple syrup
  • Add some peanut butter in between chocolate layers for your very own peanut butter cups!
  • Add some sea salt at the top
